Foodie Body 30-Day Calibration Plan based on first principles

Dietary Recommendations for People at High Risk for Cancer or other Pathologies

People affected by various pathologies (Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Alzheimer’s, Asthma, Depression, HIV, Stroke, Hyperlipidemia, Hepatitis, Atrial Fibrillation, Renal Disease, Hyperlipidemia or other conditions) may not do the Foodie Body 30-Day Calibration Plan or other Foodie Body Plans, unless they have the prior approval of their specialized doctor. In the case of serious or relatively serious illnesses (cancer, diabetes, or cardiovascular, autoimmune, or neurodegenerative diseases), it is important to seek permission and approval from a disease specialist as well as from a dietitian with expertise in the Foodie Body Calibration Plan or in therapeutic fasting. The use of the Foodie Body Calibration Plan for disease treatment should for the moment be limited to clinical trials unless the doctor determines that there are no viable options and the patient cannot wait until the conclusion of appropriate clinical trials and FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), and similar agencies in other countries, approval.

Foodie Body 30-Day Calibration Plan

The Foodie Body 30-Day Calibration Plan is designed to be a principle based plan rather than a regimen.  The principles are based on the first principles of physics applied to food.  In Physics, First principles is, rather than reasoning by analogy or statistics, you boil things down to the most fundamental truths you can imagine and reason up from there.

First principles applied to food would be asking what food you can ingest which is a source food rather than a “Middle Man”.  If we can eliminate the “Middle Man”, we will obtain a higher level of health which is the first principles of food and nutrition and bioinformatics.

Some examples of “first principles of food” would be learning both what a cow or bull eats rather than relying on the initial source of the food such as the cow or bull.  So what does a cow eat?  What nutrients does a cow obtain from these foods.  As a generalization, the further you move up in the food chain, you move to a plants of the ground or plants of the sea based plan.

Why would one want to follow the first principles of food and eliminate the “Middle Man?”  Using another example, we may read that our bodies need Omega-3 fatty acids and we read we should consume fish to obtain the Omega-3s.  While this is true, we may ask, where does the fish get the Omega-3s?  If you guessed algae (a plant of the sea), you guessed correctly. The benefit to getting your Omega-3s through the algae or seaweed would be that there was no cholesterol that was costing us a great toll in LDL cholesterol which would come from eating the fish rather than the fishes first principles source food.  Sure one can use a “Middle Man”, but as we all know, the key to business is to eliminate the middle man and food is no different unless you prefer to pay the middle man in hospital visits and extra medical expenses as well as a lower quality of health.

So with the Foodie Body 30 day Calibration Plan, we take your most current lab results (usually a CBC complete blood count with 50 panels or more comprehensive labs and tests), then upload these results to your CirclesX user profile.  Then commence on the 30 day Foodie Body Calibration Plan below.  Then test again after the 30 day plan.  These independent tests will help you learn what your body is capable of and also help the model calibrate the search results customized for your personal biochemistry and bioinformatics.

All First Principles Below are suggestions and may generally be substituted for other comparable items on the list in ingredient composition.

Each user may substitute food for these guidelines provided that the following conditions are met.  Dietary guidelines for the Foodie Body Challenge on organic plant based eating are as follows (A 4 week sample of recommended recipes and meal types):
